Brewmaster
Successful graduates of this full-time, two semester (one year) course of study, held in German, receive a national training certificate and the title of "Brewmaster".
The target group of this course of study are qualified brewery and malt house employees looking to qualify for mid-level technical management positions at large breweries, as well as in management of smaller and medium-sized breweries.
The course of study focuses on the technology of malt and beer production, quality assurance and industrial hygiene as well as equipment and power engineering.
The educational program is rounded off with skills and content regarding industrial law, organizational psychology and vocational and occupational education required for professional life.
