The successful completed examination of this course of studies results in the degree "Certified Process Manager Food Industry".This extra occupational course of studies in 5 blocks of 4 weeks each is intended for skilled employees in the entire food industry that are aiming for qualification for the middle technical management level.Knowledge and skills for the entire field of industrial food production are taught based on mathematical and natural science essentials. This also includes the evaluation of foods, primary products and raw materials and auxiliary materials regarding their ingredients and their possible change during processing as well as food regulation aspects.This is supplemented with skills and knowledge in the areas of management engineering and production technology, microbiology, operational safety and environmental protection.You can get information on admission requirements, a precise breakdown of educational contents and additional information in our information brochure (see below).Of course, we will be pleased to answer your questions in person!
