Sensory Analysis

Doemens Technikum has experienced sensory assessors for quality control. The beer and beverage samples provided for sensory examination are tested according to different sensory test criteria. Both descriptive as well as evaluation examination are possible.

Sensory assessment of beer and beverage samples is usually carried out according to the Doemens Technikum Test Plan.

We will be pleased to test your beers according to the DLG scheme.

Sensory stability tests, specific searches for possible off-flavors, the organization of preference tests with various consumer target groups and other sensory issues round off the scope of services.

Of course, we will provide advice for the set-up and the expansion of your sensory quality assurance and support with long-term cooperation with testing contracts within the scope of external checks of your sensory quality assurance.
