Doemens Collaborative trials
Interlaboratory collaborative trials are considered one of the most important tools in both internal and external quality assurance programs.
Analysis results should be correct, precise and comparable.
The performance of the own quality assurance laboratory can be assessed solely through participation in collaborative studies. A homogenous sample is analyzed by the greatest number of laboratories possible using the same standardized measurement method. Each participant can assess the correctness and accuracy of its own laboratory performance with the statistically evaluated results. Furthermore, collaborative trials can also provide information for evaluating the suitability and validity of different analysis methods.
For many years, Doemens Technikum has organized collaborative trials for the beverage industry. Collaborative trials for beer, collaborative trials for wort, collaborative trials for soft drinks and also collaborative trials for mineral water are carried out regularly.
Participation in collaborative trials organized by Doemens Technikum is open to everyone and does not require membership.
To guarantee confidentiality, laboratories are assigned a reference number; the participants receive only the number that corresponds to their individual laboratory.
