Brewing Technology

Together with our consultants, practical problems in brewing technology can be addressed and remedied.

This includes support for planning brewery facilities and expanding existing capacity, inspecting brewing equipment, creating recipes and support during the introduction of new beer varieties, brewing procedures or optimizing the current brewing process.

We are also available at any time to help find solutions to problems such as gushing, haze problems and the like.

Industrial Hygiene

To check industrial hygiene, testing laboratories can provide qualified personnel to take samples on site at the companies. Within the scope of process checks, microbiological weak spots in the production area can be detected and remedied on site.

On the basis of the process checks, measurement plants for reorganization are then developed or quality assurance concepts for checking the hygiene situation suggested.

• Sensitivity checks for beverages

• Identification of beverage contaminants with DNA sequence analysis

• Training of personnel in the basics of microbiological quality assurance
