Doemens Select Nutrients
Doemens offers the "Doemens Select" nutrient series especially for the detection of beer spoilage microorganisms .
The Doemens Select Nutrient program is available as agar, bouillon or concentrate, therefore covering all relevant test areas in the brewery. This ranges from the detection of beer-spoilage organisms in production and rinse water samples, yeast and unfiltered samples to bottled beer and hygiene tests of production equipment.
