Production Manager for Brewing and Beverage Technology

Successful graduates of this course will earn the title of "State Certified Production Manager for Brewing and Beverage Technology" and can additionally volunteer to take the master's certificate examination for "Production Manager for Brewing and Beverage Technology (Chamber of Industry and Commerce)".

The full-time German-language study  takes 4 semesters and is intended for skilled personnel in the brewing and beverage industry looking to qualify for the management level.

The study focuses on the technology of malt and beer production as well as the modern manufacturing practice of soft drinks. Innovative processes in production and quality assurance are taught along with comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance and industrial hygiene. Technical subjects such as e.g. systems engineering, measurement and control technology are completed with business skills and the knowledge of industrial law and organizational psychology.
