Brewmaster
Successful graduates of this 2 semester full-time German-language course of studies (1 year) receive a national training certificate and the title "Brewmaster".
The target group of the course of studies are qualified brewery and maltery employees looking to qualify for the medium technical management level of large breweries as well as the management of smaller and medium-sized breweries.
The course of studies focuses on the technology of malt and beer production, quality assurance and industrial hygiene a well as the machines and power engineering.
The educational program is rounded off with skills and knowledge about industrial law, organizational psychology and vocational and occupational education required for professional life.
