Research and Development
Doemens directs its attention to practice-oriented research and product development as well as practice-oriented, scientifically sound education.
Official research projects are implemented in doing so along with projects in cooperation with the industry or practical issues tackled together with the customers in smaller projects.
There are pilot plants such as pilot brewery, pilot maltery, pilot bottling and packaging plant as well as machines for soft drink and food production available for the implementation of research assignments and the development of new products (please refer to the following pages for plant details and capacities).
The associated analytics is carried out in a timely manner and directly on site in the existing chemical-technical and microbiological test laboratories.
