Practical problems in brewing technology can be tackled together with our consultants.
This includes support for planning brewery plants and expanding the existing capacities, acceptance of brewing plants, creating recipes and assisting the introduction of new beer varieties or brewing methods or the optimization of the brewing process.
We are also available at any time to help find solutions to problems such as gushing, cloudiness and the like.

Industrial Hygiene
To check industrial hygiene, testing laboratories can provide qualified personnel to take samples on site at the companies. Within the scope of process checks, microbiological weak spots in the production area can be detected and remedied on site.
On the basis of the process checks, measurement plants for reorganization are then developed or quality assurance concepts for checking the hygiene situation suggested.
