Doemens offers the "Doemens Select" nutrient series especially for the proof of micro organism harmful to beer.
The Doemens Select Nutrient program is available as agar, bouillon or concentrate and thus covers all brewery-relevant test areas. This ranges from the proof of beer-spoilage organisms in production and freshwater samples, yeast and infiltrate samples up to bottled beer and hygiene examinations in production plants.
