In Academy you will find all the information on the education offers of Doemens that are taking place over a longer period: The training as Goverment Certified Production Manager for Brewing and Beverage Technology , Brewmaster , Process Manager for Food Industry, Process Manager for Beverage Industry, Doemens Commercial Manager for Beverage Industry and beer sommelier.
In Seminars you will find all education offers that Doemens offers on site for companies or in Gräfelfing over a shorter period for the beverage and food industry.
In Technikum you will find the information about the comprehensive technical service range that Doemens provides for the beverage and food industry. This includes brewery technology consulting, research and development, analytical services, collaborative trial service for beer and soft drinks, the yeast bank/ collection of micro-organisms, doemens nutrients, flavour standards and the NIR calibration service.
In Campus you will find the information on all activities at the Doemens Campus in Gräfelfing – e.g. the current curriculum of the Academy.
