As a state accredited school, the Doemens Academy is responsible for educating the next generation for careers in the international brewing, beverage and food industries.
The Doemens Academy includes the academy for brewing and beverage technology, the school for brewmaster (master school) as well as the qualification courses of study for qualification as process manager beverage industry, process manager food industry and commercial manager beverage industry.
Primarily, training is conducted here for brewing and beverage technologists and masters in the technical areas of beer, beverage and food production along with preparation for corporate succession in the beverage wholesale trade.

Pilot facilities such as the pilot brewery, pilot malt house, bottling and packaging plants as well as equipment for soft drink and food production are available to the students.
